One monthly fee. We own the box and run the layer underneath your applications.
Provisioning
We build the server to spec, image the OS, and hand you access with monitoring and backups already wired in. Standard tiers are online within a few AWST business days.
Hardware
Current-generation Xeon Scalable and AMD EPYC, DDR5 ECC, NVMe in RAID, dual PSU into independent feeds. We hold spares and own the hardware SLA.
Management
OS patching, monitoring, and log retention run continuously. iDRAC/iLO gives our engineers out-of-band access for anything that cannot wait for a site visit.
Backup & network
A backup target is included, and every host lands on our 10–25 GbE fabric with multi-homed transit and Telstra carrier handoff on site.

What does “managed” actually include?
OS patching and security updates, 24/7 monitoring with alerting, hardware SLA with spares held on site, a backup target, and remote hands for anything physical. You run your applications; we run everything underneath them.
Do I own the hardware?
No — we do. That is the point of the model: one monthly fee, no capital outlay, and no three-to-five year refresh cycle to budget for. If you would rather own the box, look at our Dedicated Servers, or bring your own and use Managed Colocation.
How is this different from your Dedicated Servers?
Dedicated Servers run on our existing Dell fleet and are unmanaged by default — you get root and we keep the hardware alive. Managed Servers are current-generation Xeon Scalable / AMD EPYC with DDR5 and NVMe RAID, with the full management layer included in the price.
What happens when hardware fails?
We hold spares on site and own the hardware SLA, so a failed disk, PSU, or DIMM is replaced by our engineers without a purchase order from you. RAID and dual PSUs mean most component failures never cause downtime in the first place.
Can I get a configuration that is not listed?
Yes. The Custom tier starts at $4,025/month ex GST and covers GPU, extra NVMe, higher core counts, multi-server fleets, or a specific compliance posture. Send us the workload and we will quote within 48 hours.

In our facility in Osborne Park, Western Australia, roughly 6 km from the Perth CBD, with Telstra carrier handoff on site. Australian-owned company, Australian-located hardware.
