Office hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 AWST (UTC +8). We do not staff a weekend call queue.
Emergency (existing customers)
Existing Business and Enterprise customers have an out-of-hours escalation path provided at onboarding. If you have lost it, call 0420 543 080 — voicemail is checked.
