Managed colocation

A flat monthly management fee on client-owned hardware. What that includes:
- Your own server housed in our Osborne Park facility — rack space, power, cooling, physical security
- Full management layer: monitoring, patching, remote hands, iDRAC out-of-band access
- Daily backups + off-site copy, 30-day retention
- Power sub-metered transparently, pricing available on request
- Upgrade path to a managed fleet when your hardware reaches end of life
What we manage
- OS patching — monthly for Windows, quarterly for the Linux kernel.
- Hardware monitoring with alerting.
- Quarterly firmware updates.
- Remote reboots, console access, and iDRAC/iLO configuration.
- Backup destination integration.
- 4 hours per month of remote hands beyond hardware events.
