Managed Colocation in Perth, Australia

You own the hardware, we manage everything else. Bring any server or desktop and Green Racks provides the space, power, network, and full physical plus OS management — in our Osborne Park facility.

Hosted on Green Racks infrastructure in Osborne Park, WA. All prices ex GST.

What we manage

  • OS patching — monthly for Windows, quarterly for the Linux kernel.
  • Hardware monitoring with alerting.
  • Quarterly firmware updates.
  • Physical response per your SLA tier.
  • Remote reboots, console access, and iDRAC/iLO configuration.
  • Backup destination integration.
  • 4 hours per month of remote hands beyond hardware events.

Not included

Application-layer support, backup software licences, cybersecurity monitoring, end-user support, and database administration are not part of the SLA. These are available as separate professional services, or you can keep using your own provider.

Pricing

From $200–$400/month ex GST per managed server

A flat monthly management fee on client-owned hardware. What that includes:

  • Your own server housed in our Osborne Park facility — rack space, power, cooling, physical security
  • Full management layer: monitoring, patching, remote hands, iDRAC out-of-band access
  • Daily backups + off-site copy, 30-day retention
  • Power sub-metered transparently at $0.40/kWh
  • Upgrade path to a managed fleet when your hardware reaches end of life

How the SLA tiers work

The difference between the two tiers is how fast a failed part is back in your server.

NBD

Next-business-day parts response. Suited to workloads with redundancy or a tolerance for a short window while a replacement part is sourced. The lower monthly rate.

4-hour

On-site parts response within four hours, using spares held in the facility for supported Dell PowerEdge models. Minimum contract term applies. For anything where downtime is expensive.

Either tier

Both tiers include OS patching, monitoring, quarterly firmware, remote reboots and console, iDRAC/iLO config, backup integration, and 4 hours a month of remote hands.

Who this is for

Own the asset, skip the ops

A business that has already bought its server or desktop and wants them professionally hosted and managed, without staffing a data-centre roster.

Migrating out of a server room

An organisation moving hardware out of an ageing on-prem room into a real facility with dual power, cooling, and carrier handoff — but keeping the capital asset on its own books.

Uptime-critical single sites

A workload on supported hardware where downtime is expensive, wanting the 4-hour on-site parts SLA with spares held in the facility.

Bring your hardware to Perth-local infrastructure, fully managed.
