Licensing (Microsoft 365, RDS CALs, Windows) is not included in package pricing and is always itemised separately. Patching and support apply to the base operating system; customer-specific applications are supported by their vendor or MSP unless otherwise agreed. Backups are for recovery from internal failure; individual file restores (e.g. user-error data loss) are subject to fair use.
